Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a reactive inflammatory skin disorder that is part of the spectrum of neutrophilic dermatoses. Neutrophilic dermatoses are characterized histopathologically by a normal polymorphonuclear leukocyte infiltrate, and they are frequently associated with other systemic diseases.
